I can't login to my ftp & site panel, why??

.It's say wrong password even I didn't change it and suddenly it not access
.There is very important files' hosting there

There's no hosting account linked to your username; if you were inactive for 24 days (14 to be marked inactive, and 10 before it terminates) before the last month or so (inactivity recently got upped to 31d to be marked inactive)?

If so, your account was deleted and there's no way to retrieve the files. To be sure if that's the case, what was the cPanel name (just the name, not a password), and when a higher-up comes across this they can double check the status on it?
