Can't login to x10hosting control panel!

I can't login to x10hosting control panel! It shows the following message when I try to log in. What happened actually?

I think someone is working with it! Because, it becomes alright for seconds but again goes wrong! It is very important to correct it immediately as this error will affect all the free hosting members!
