Can't login

Well I really screwed up this time. Well during the sign up I used my last name for the password and when I tried logging in an error popped saying that I needed to do the sign up process again so i tried to and it says the email was already used...crap. So what do I do?

There's something toward the top that shows what step you are on in the sign up process. After you get that error message that your email is unavailable, click to the next step.
