Can't Login

I'm on Chopin and I cannot login to Cpanel, It always says my password is incorrect. I have already tried to reset it a few times and it still isn't working.

Your site is working fine.. Also your cpanel is loading..

Make sure you are entering correct password..

If you forgot your password. Then go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswrd and reset your password

Already have reset it 5 times and still not working. Yeah my site works but files are missing.
Edit:
For some reason files from update.rotda.com got uploaded to main dir and rest of my files are gone.
