Can't login

Just got my free account and when I tried to login it said that the username dosen't exist, I know I'm entering it and the password correctly because I'm checking it with the email I got. Help?

EDIT: Here is the exact error message I am getting. "An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist."

EDIT: Sorry, I tried it with my forum login and it worked, what i don't understand is why the one I was sent and signed up for isn't the one you use to login.

EDIT: Sorry, this should be the last edit. I can't get to the cpanel, I tried both logins.

You login to http://x10hosting.com/login with your forum username and password, like it states on that page.

You login to cPanel with your hosting account username and password.

Are you not able to login to http://chaoclub.x10hosting.com using your cPanel username, chaoclub? We can reset your password for you if it's needed.
