can't long in to x10

I can't long in to my x10 hosting account or cpenal
please help

Nathan, when you log into http://x10hosting.com/login you would log in with your forum password - if you have been inactive for a long time it maybe they have deleted your account - is your website still there?

When did you last log into it?

What is your cPanel username and when was the last time you logged into the x10forums before this?

I logged in to the x10forums two days ago I try to go on at least once a week
and my site still works

it says An Error Has Occurred
The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours.
and I been getting it for two days
