Can't make boards?

everytime I go to my cpanel i click on bulliten board and it says

The addon: [phpBB] is not installed!

and then if i go to scripts libary it says:

The following addon scripts are available to be installed:


There are no addon scripts installed!

What is wrong?

We normally use fantastico. Give me about 10 minutes and I'll add some into the library

Im having trouble redoing my board, can someone explain to me how im supposed to use my database with the new board? i tried with install.php but with no success.
