i've set the ns server to ns1.x10hosting.com
how long would the ns record update the IP?
do i need to ask you to update manually? or just wait

Flush your DNS and clear your browser cache and then try again..
also you can access your cpanel at
http://twit.cz.cc:2082

http://twit.cz.cc is pointed to following Name Servers..
Name Server 1 ----> ns2.x10hosting.com
Name Server 2 ----> ns1.x10hosting.com
Change them as:
Name Server 1 ----> ns1.x10hosting.com
Name Server 2 ----> ns2.x10hosting.com
yes i've updated as
Name Server 1 ----> ns1.x10hosting.com
Name Server 2 ----> ns2.x10hosting.com
but the ns server is not updated:
