can't open control panel

hi,

i'm having problem with new setup coz i can't get through the control panel, it says that the username i've created is already in use, please help out i my new setup domain is cruisehaventraveltours.co.cc and the username i've created is norvel, can you please change it to "chtt" instead of "norvel"? thanks, so that i could login to my control panel.

Could you verify what exactly you want us to do?

From the content of your ticket, it seems like you want us to change your cPanel username from norvel to chtt. If you want that, then we will have to terminate your original hosting account first, and you will have to sign up for a new account. If this is okay with you, please take a back-up of all the files you have on your hosting account that you need and verify that we should terminate your account.

From the title of your ticket, it seems like you are unable to access your cPanel. I noticed that you have deleted all the files out of your public_html folder (which causes visiting your website to yield an empty directory listing), so it appears like you were already once able to access your hosting account. If you forgot your password, the you can reset it by logging in to http://x10hosting.com/login.php and then resetting your password at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd. Also, make sure you are logging in to the correct cPanel; yours is http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082.

Hi Adam,

Actually it is not the nmrac.co.cc that is having problem, what i'm having problem of is my new created site which is cruisehaventraveltours.co.cc which I have just enrolled this morning. The username norvel which i used is already being used in my nmrac.co.cc account, perhaps that lies the problem, so could help me out to change the "norvel" username which i used in the "cruisehaventraveltours.co.cc" be replaced with "chtt"?
