Can't open cpanel (u blockin my ip, bro?)

I can see my website, I can log in to x10hosting (and this forum, obviously), but when I click the "open cpanel" button my browser tries to connect but nothing ever happens. It only seems to be happening when I am connected to my home internet connection. Can anyone tell me if the firewall is blocking my home ip address?

Hi,

Your IP address is not blocked on the server. Since you can load your website but not cPanel, it suggests something on your connection might be blocking port 2083. Please could you check this?

You could try going to the directory "/cpanel" on your website - I think that tries a couple of different methods to access cPanel if one is blocked.
