can't park domain or addon domain

my hosting's server is at stoli. my main domain is greendyj.x10.bz and i tried to set a parked domain as dyj.cz.cc
i tried 2 domains from cz.cc but it always give me the same error as below (i have also tried addon domain and it gave me the same error)

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 173.236.27.195,99.198.122.2 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

i have set these two name servers (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com) at my domain registrar for more than 48 hours. i dont think it is the problem with my domain registrar. and i notice that these two IP 173.236.27.195,99.198.122.2 are the IP of ns1 and ns2 name server.

can someone help me? thanks.
