Hello,
I'm trying to add my domain name (springbox-airsoft.fr) in parked domains, but it seems you have a matter with names in ".fr". Everytime I try, I have this answer : «*Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.*»
This answer does not appear with a domain name in ".com".
How can i solved the problem ?
My registrar, contacted by telephone, confirmed that the problems I have to point my domain name to your servers come to you.
Please confirm me the server name : ns1.x10hosting.com 99.198.122.2 ns2.x10hosting.com 173.236.27.195
Can I just keep the server name of my registrar and change the ip address to point to your servers? And if so, with what ip address? one I found in the Advanced DNS Zone Editor?
Why can not I ad a domain name ".fr"?

Query TTL Class Type Answer springbox.pcriot.com. 14400 IN A 69.175.121.66 springbox-airsoft.fr. 43200 IN CNAME springbox.pcriot.com. springbox-airsoft.fr. 43200 IN NS ns61.1and1.fr. springbox-airsoft.fr. 43200 IN NS ns62.1and1.fr.
The domain name points at x10 servers.
I don't understand why it doesn't work.
