Cant Post In Apply For Hosting??

Hey,

I have been trying to make a new thread for my application in apply for hosting and it wont let me? It says:

prodate, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have activated my account already and im just trying to make a new thread?

Next to USERCP there is an APPLY button..

i think the admins should install a PM hack.. that will have the link to apply and other stuff.. so that new members cannot get lost...


to supplement:
the pm should have like link to apply, links to the ads page, links to the tutorial members have written especially the ads one.. and then a nice welcome to the forum and also to post in the introduction forum..

It is not that obvious.. there are times when there is no one on the forum and a new member register and does not know the way around... So i think the PM will help alot and certainly solve a few support requests...

There is a sticky in the apply for free hosting section, if they would read that, then It would all be fine
