Can't *really* unsuspend or log in to cpanel

My site got suspended for inactivity. (Sorry!) I went through the automated unsuspend yesterday, and the overt status indications all say active/unsuspended, but the site itself is still showing the "suspended" page. Naturally, I cleared cache and all that.

I am also unable to log in to cpanel. It always says login attempt failed.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm escalating this, it's a bug in cPanel.
