Can't renew upgrade

I had an email today that I'm overdue for repaying for my upgrade. I didn't get an original reminder anyway. But my problem is that I cannot find any way to pay it! I've looked everywhere and there is no payment button. I go to the unpaid invoice and for some reason it states that my payment method is "Mailin" when it should be paypal. Is that why I cannot pay it? Are you not allowing paypal now? All help gratefully received.
