Dear support,
I was trying to reset my hosting account's password. I reset the cpanel's password without any problem. However I tried many time to reset the hosting account's password, it never worked.
What I did was in the "Account Details" screen, put a new password and confirmed the new password, then pressed "Confirm hosting details", then I got a screen saying my change of password was successful. Next I log out and login again. The new password didn't get recognized, the only one I could use was the original old password. A bug there?
