Can't see my site

I am not able to see my site at http://sumitmehta.x10hosting.com for the last 2 days.When I try to log,Internet Explorer shows 'Page can't be displayed' error.Same is the result in Opera.Surprisingly,my site is loading at my friend's PC.:sadls. help.

I saw the thread mentioned above.Problem is that the thread is closed and I can't post there.Another problem is that I saw the thread.Many people have the problem that they can see their sites anyone else can't.Mine is opposite.Every other person accessing from different pc than mine can see it but I can't.What might be the problem?Pls. help.

And now I have further noticed that several x10hosting sites are not loading at my pc.But more surprisingly,my site opens in evenings and not in day time.And adding to the problem,my account has been suspended due to control panel inactivity and now I can't reactivate it as the reactivating url is also not loading.Pls. help.

Go to your shared IP address and username. DNS just translates the IP addresses to the domain names, so just skip that and hit the IP address directly.

I have unsuspended your account, Tell me if your site loads and if you can login to Cpanel and such.

Thanks for unsuspending my account Phil.Well I still can't see my site there.I can login to my Cpanel but through http://70.86.136.178:2082/ instead of http://sumitmehta.x10hosting.com:2082. Pls. help.It has been a week since this problem occurred.Sometimes in between for a few hours,it starts loading but only for a few hours.And not only my site,I took a few other site names from this forum hosted by x10hosting and tried,just a few of them opened and rest didn't.Except for http://www.x10hosting.com , almost every sub-domain on it is having problem opening at my pc. I also wrote to x10hosting live help but have received no reply from them..Pls help.
