Can't see web page.

Hi,

I am trying to figureout why my site is not working and have checked the following:

- Domain name is linked properly.
- index.html page exists in public_html.
- Server status is all green.
- account is in godd standing.

But still I cant see this simple page (chadmerket.co.cc/index.html)
