can't seem to access cPanel

I'm new here so I might not be trying to get to cPanel the right way, but when I go to

the page stays blank and just goes timeout after a while.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may have to wait a few days for your DNS to update, I'd recommend that you try flushing your DNS first. You can flush your DNS by following this tutorial: Flushing DNS Tutorial. If that doesn't work try logging in here: http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082
