the php version of my account is intermediate.
but I can't send email by using mail() in my php program.
no errors will occur after running program containning mail();
what's wrong?

After your request gets approved you need to wait approximately 4 hours so that the functions start working correctly.
The mail() function works correctly with the "Intermediate" version of PHP.
If you already waited for some time, and you still can't make your script work, then it probably is an error in the script your using.
