Cant Send Emails (SMTP Error -1)

Hi. I've just transferred a domain I own (breeze-uk.com) to X10webhosting and setup an email address - frank@breeze-uk.com. I can now get to the landing page for the site receive email successfully but I can’t send email as I get - (SMTP Error -1) - This is the case both when I use webmail and send from an email client.
