Can't set up email account

I'm having a problem with setting up email accounts, a problem which seems quite common.

I get the error message:

" Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts."

Account username is: ukplan

The Ad-Free plan comes with 5 mail accounts. You can't create more than 5..
You've 5 mail accounts or you have less?
