Can't signup because of country?

Please let me signup from the netherlands. i can't find any other good webhost that's free i just wanna make a blog+forum

Unfortunately, there is no way around the country restrictions. If you can't sign up from your country, it's because of historical usage patterns of other users in the Netherlands (probably with regard to copyright) that has landed x10Hosting in some legal or blacklist difficulty in the past. Keep an eye on that list; hosting is sometimes opened up again after a period of high abuse forces a shutdown, and accounts created during those periods that remain in good standing can stay "alive" even when a new-account shutdown is put back in place.
