Can't turn on Cloudflare

I can not get get cloudflare activated from inside my cpanel. I click on the grey cloud and a loading please wait message appears for an instant but nothing new loads or changes. The thread I opened previously didn't yield any fixes and ended up closed. I contacted cloudflare and their reply includes the following.

"This is, unfortunately, an issue that X10 has to look at. They need to
check to see if their API is working properly & contact one of our
engineers if they find an API problem."

I've also been having this issue. I'm escalating this ticket to staff.
