can't unsuspend account

Hi, my account has been suspended for some time due to not logging in for a while. when i try and a login i receive this msg: The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account. when i try and setup a new account i get this msg: The email address you have supplied is not available. Thanks in advance!

Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account.
To see what happened to your account we need you cpanel username.

Then I will Forward your request to account manager. They will create your account manually..
