Cant unsuspend my account

Hello, my account was suspended for inactivity and i cant unsuspend it; can you help me with that issue please?

Hosting Account with cPanel username "bonilla" is associated with domain "musica.x10hosting.com" and this hosting account is linked with forums username "bonilla".

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username bonilla and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.
Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) with forums username "bonilla" once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.
