Cant unsuspend myself from account panel - 2nd request(1st one is ignored by admins)

It was closed by an x10 staff and he escalated to an admin.

Now, after 2 days, no one is responding to my support request!!

My problem is that my site cant be unsuspended by myself. Its saying action not available!

I cant access the cpanel too and im thinking to move to a paid hosting plan. Even though, since cpanel is down, i cant backup my database and files.

Anyone please help me to backup my databases and files or please unsuspend my account :frown::frown:

We apologize for the inconvenience. Escalating your issue for review and farther action for staff, (as previously done), is the best way to assist you with your current problem. Staff is very busy at this time and they are processing and responding to tickets as quickly as possible.
