Can't Unsuspend

For some reason, I can't seem to unsuspend my account. I have been trying for some time, but there is always an error when the request is sent. How can I correct this?
<edit>Also possibly related: I am completely unable to log in to CPanel using any of my possible username/password combinations. is this a symptom, or another issue entirely?
