Can't update files. Upload won't complete. - Boru.

For the last couple of days I can't update my files through CP. I get to the 'Upload Files' window, check the overwrite box and then I see the 'Starting Upload' bar endlessly showing that it is uploading - except it isn't. Uploading an update of this file used to take a couple of seconds. Now I can't get it to upload at all. So what am I supposed to do?
I posted on the Free forum yesterday but no one made any suggestions so I have no other option than to open a support ticket. - Sorry.
