No, it does not Corey. The button does not seem to do anything. Just sits on done. I have tried in both IE an FF.

Looks like with everything going on my post moved to the back of the line and you didn't get my response Corey so here we go again. No, I get no such error saying to try it again later. As a matter of the fact when I click on the update button it does not appear to do anything. Most of the other buttons when hovering over them with the mouse you can see they are linked to a web site. The buttons for changing information are not, and when clicked on the page just sits there on done like it already loaded. This was checked in both IE and fire fox.
