can't upload 1.5mb file to site

Hello. I need help in uploading a file to my website because nothing seems to work. I've tried using an ftp client, the file manager on cPanel but nothing worked. I'm trying to upload a file which is a part of phpbb3 installer package. Alll the other files were uploaded without any problems except for this one file because this has the largest file size in the package.

I know that phpbb3 is still in beta but i would just like to tinker with it and try it out. Is this kind of an effect of my php version? My php has been brought back to version 2.

no. it's not the .htaccess file. it's a .php file. been trying for hours now but still i'm not able to upload the file.

Have you been able to upload your file?
If you still can't do it by FTP, try by cPanel > FileManager.

Finally!!I've uploaded the file already. Maybe, the problem was with my internet connection.

Can you tell me the name of the PHP file, I am going to look into this further.
