Cant use Cpanel

Is there some minimal system requirements? I cant open Cpanel!
I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 with Firefox 3.6 / Flash and Cookies enabled

They are ok, To access cpanel you need browser and the 2082,2083 ports should not be blocked.

What are the errors you are getting?

Currently the servers are under migration that may causing th cpanel not to load
