can't use ftp & need to confirm email but my mail is no longer working

i can't open my FTP using my account name and password.. i need a password reset...

my account is also suspended and need to get the confirmation code from my email but i am no longer using that mail and i can't open it.. help pls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
