I opened a free hosting account and set up a website under my sub domain. Everything goes well until 2-3 days ago it began to fail to visit my web and the cpanel page. Below are the details.
(1) The shared IP of my website and the IP of cpanel page can be pinged successfully.
(2) Everything turns alright when using a french IP proxy. (While I'm in mainland China).
