Did you make sure that whatever program you're using is pointing to mysql.x10hosting.com instead of localhost, and did you add %.x10hosting.com to Remote SQL in cPanel if the database server setting in the software is pointed correctly?

i have the same problem. :dunno:
first i was afraid that there is my foult but i made some searches in my website source and i don't know what is the problem...

It isn't working for me. It comes up saying that it is unable to gain a connection, but yet it is resolving and trying to connect. Your server might be down, or something else, as it isn't working through proxify either.
