Capitolism

What do you think about the current most popular and wealth-wise best working economic system? Does "freedom", profit and hard work really bring justice? Or at least in theory?

Would you prefer to live in the US or in a country with planned economy (a communist/socialist country)?

I wish I was more versed in these topics... I live in the US and I think it works well, although there are problems. I don't think there are any forms of government or anything out there that doesn't have problems though ;) I think I'd prefer the US over a communist country though.

I don't live in the US but I wouldn't want to live in a communist country either. Having choices is one of the many things that we take for granted and we shouldnt because a lot of people around the world didn't always make their own choices and a lot of people still don't.

I dont live in US and i am not american. I dont think there is a perfect economic system in this world. I think the best is combine both to get the best of both worlds because if you allow free economy to take place, the poor will definitely lose out and the rich will become richer. And if you only practise planned economy, competition is restricted. Lastly i think theories doesnt work in real life. Being practical and realistic in solving any economic problems is the way to go.
