Catch 22: Unable to access the Account Portal

I understand that instead of posting support questions on this forum, we are supposed to submit a ticket from our Account Portal. However, the problem I am trying to report is that I cannot access the Portal after my account has been upgraded to Illuminated. (I can access my cpanel and the forums, but not the Portal.)

Any help resolving this issue will be appreciated!
