Catch-All Email Forwarding - how?

my domain (dominicnaylor.com) to *******@ma**mail.com

I know "Email Domain Forwarders" is disabled.

Well the lack of catch all email forwarding is poor and I can’t do without it.

You know Google apps has a free version, right? Just incase that's why you don't want it.
