cgi-bin: I re-designed my website and deleted all directories under public_html

I re-designed my website and deleted all directories under public_html and do not have cgi-bin working. I made a cgi-bin directory, but it does not work, must not be in right place?

Please help me setup cgi-bin for my CGI Perl scripts.

Currently the only CGI scripting language - which is officially supported on x10hosting's free-hosting accounts - is PHP

Perl and Python are NOT supported on x10hosting's free-hosting accounts - you need a [ Illuminated ] or [ Premium ] account to use them
