CGI question

I'm building my forum with MimeTex: http://www.forkosh.com/mimetexmanual.html

However, I cannot find the cgi-bin folder as mentioned in the manual but I know that our server support CGI. What should I do in order to install the plug in?

cgi-bin folder is located in public_html folder. Can you see it there?

Unless you deleted it, it should be in public_html

If you deleted it, just create the folder in public_html using your FTP client or cPanel-->FileManager.

Make sure permissions are set at 0755
