change domain name

I've been trying to change the hosting accounts domain name and for some reason it won't change not sure why, I've removed the domain i want to change it to from the add-on domains which has removed the error i was getting but it just won't change

1. I show a subdomain of your main domain still there. Please try to remove that and try again.

2. Please cut/paste any error message you are getting.

3. If it still fails, please state exactly how you want the account set up in terms of domains (main, parked)
