Tried searching the forums but couldn't find the answer.
My 'Hobby Club' small website is currently hosted on 000webhost, but I have been unable to upload files for over a week.
I am considering changing to 10Hosting but don't know how to go about it.
Can anyone help me please.

i believe this would require a domain name transfer which staff would need to help you with.
it might take some time to get a reply from staff in the forums.
you can try using the discord service for faster replies.

I am almost getting there, but can not work out what I need to put into Filezilla, I am using my domain name (without the .co.uk) followed by x10.mx, then for my usernme I am using the name that appears on my Control Panel and that ends in X11?Password is what I use for the Control Panel.
I keep getting
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server.
Help please I joined Discord but then when I asked a question they came back to say I was not supported, no idea why?

I am unsure why they would tell you this is unsupported unless you are trying to use SFTP

For the FTP host can you try using x11.x10hosting.com and then your direct admin service username and password. This is not the same as for your clients page but the password found by clicking the service name under : https://x10hosting.com/panel/services and selecting change password if required.
