Change of Domain

I need to change my domain from http://www.digistreak.pcriot.com to http://www.digistreak.co.cc. When I go to the 'Modify Domain' page I receive this error, "Domain changes are currently disabled".

Please provide me with the name servers to change and change my account accordingly.

Domain changes are re-enabled. Name servers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
