Change of password pending

Hello,

I now have a paid account but now I don´t know how to log in. My old password nor my new password work. I wanted to change it and it said pending. That however dissapears every time and I still don´t know how to log in. Any advice?

If you know your username/password for the Client Area, you can file a priority ticket. Or is that the password you're missing?
