Change PHP version

I understand that I can do the following to change my PHP version to 5.4
AddType application/x-httpd-php54 .php .php5 .phtml

But how would I change my PHP version to 5.4.19?

You cannot choose a specific version to change to, it would be whatever version of 5.4 is installed on the server.
