Change Server from x12 to x14

Hello x10 admins, i just want to ask if it is possible to change server here in x10? Because i currently have an issue here in x12 server where my free hosting website mismatch the ssl? Its showing: "Connection is not secured" even its already have ssl... I check my website using ssl lab test and it shows i got mismatch ssl... Host: shazserver.x10.bz sorry for dumb question its my first time here...

That would not fix your issue, the issue is you did not configure SSL.

In hosting control panel: Account Manager > SSL Certificates > Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider.

Hello Community Support, i tried to do that but i got an error of weekly limit reached, should i wait for next week or i will use the "Use the best match certificate"? Im using it right now the "Use the best match certificate" but i still get "Connection is not secured"...

Yes, would need to wait for weekly rate limit to reset.

Alternatively, you could try sslforfree.com to get something sooner.

Hello thank you for that information, now i successfully install the certificate and my site is now secured. But i have an question for one more last time, does my ssl will automatically renew even its 3rd party ssl? Like if it expired, should i need install again?

If you went the sslforfree.com route you will need to reinstall it and go through the process again. Otherwise, you can retry the ACME Provider route. If you went the ACME Provider route and were successful, it should renew automatically.
