Change server request

Recently, the mysql database is very unstable.

Some problems such as denial of service and query timeouts were often and is affecting my website's statistics.

I hope that i can change server (maybe to a less populated one, or just another one).
I think someone may be overusing the mysql system on this server.

I know that i am a free user, and the chances that i get support is not 100%, but i am planning to go to premium account when i get funding, that is, when my website is almost complete, and when i can do demonstrations on the fly.

This is quite likely why; we're working on moving it to a system with a bit more power.


Edit: Clarification, we're moving the entire mysql setup to something with more power, not your account; we can't move accounts around since for the most part -all- servers get affected equally.
