im having the problem of how the domain and subdomain share the same document direcory.

I like to have url rewrite(instead of /index.php?Page=News, its /News)
but because of the structure,
/home/{UserName}/Public_HTML for domain, and
/home/{UserName}/Public_HTML/{Subdomain}

im having the problem that the .htaccess is affecting the subdomains, and its anoying me because im not the most experinced in mod-rewrite. I could fix it by modifying my pages and such, but its anoying and ill spend mor time then i want.

So i am wondering if i can have were the domain points to at
/public_html/www/
instead of
/public_html/

domain: stormraidergames.com

also, i would like to know why in the cpannel, it shows you can set a subdomain to point to anywere in your directory, but it then forces it to
/Public_HTML/{Subdomain}

The folder www is a redirect to public_html.

All files visible on the internet must be in public_html. They can't be outside of that folder.

im sorry, i don't think i was clear.

you have the html direcotry, public_html

normally the domain points there, and subdomains get there folders in there, ie:

/public_html/(main domain)
public_html/Subdomain/(Subdomain)

i want the domain to point to s fodler in my document folder
/public_html/www/(main domain)

im not looking at the www redirect in my user folder

stormraidergames.com is your MAIN domain and there's no way to make it point another place that's not your public_html
What you can do is change your main domain to another thing (if you want you can use an x10hosting subdomain), and then set stormraidergames.com as an "Addon Domain". Addon domains can be pointed to a folder as you want.
