I changed my domain name to http://idkcoding.co.cc/, waited 4 days, and it's still not working. Before it would always say this domain is unregistered, but now it's not working at all. Do I just have to wait longer? Also, I parked my old domain and it started working after a few seconds.

Did you register the domain at co.cc ?
Did you point the nameservers to x10hosting's two? It looks like they are set to r2gfactnhacks.co.cc , which doesn't look good.

Ugh no I didn't do anything on the co.cc site, I just changed my main domain on x10hosting to idkcoding.co.cc like a week ago and it never worked. BUT a week ago, when I went to idkcoding.co.cc, it said it was available, and it said it was available a few days after I changed my main domain. So I was supposed to sign up through co.cc and then set it up with x10hosting? And are you saying that someone else probably took it?

Edit: WOW - I just did a co.cc whois and it looks like someone is using it! WTF!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! ugh wow so someone took it and they arent using it for anything, i was going to have my website and forums on it! so is there any way to get it back? or was i just too late?

Hello,

Yes, you need to register the domain in order to use it. It'll ask for DNS servers, make sure you use ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

Well someone registered it 2 days ago... so I was too stupid and just thought I could just change the domain on x10hosting and automatically get it since it was available... well I was totally wrong, I'll just come up with a different name then. I was planning on IDKCoding which stands for I DO Know Coding which is lame anyways. :'(

Should be able to set up a Domain Change through x10hosting again to change it to a different domain, but I'd recommend ensuring you have the new one registered first, just to be safe :)

Yeah so some random person doesn't waste another co.cc subdomain by setting it up with false info and an invalid nameserver.
