Hello All -
First off, I am a high school teacher who moderates a coding club for girls. I know enough to be dangerous and somehow managed to guidel the girls into creating a website for their classmates http://scholarswork.x10host.com/scholarships.html. I also managed to figure out how to get it hosted using x10 since we have very minimal funding for the club. The girls wanted to make some changes to the site so I tried to get into Cpanel back in December and realized that the migration to something called Direct Admin was happening. I waited until Jan and tried again. I got back in a week ago when I clicked on Cpanel and I think it took me to the Direct Admin page. I was able to see all of our files which was fantastic. Here is where I screwed up. When I was in Direct Admin, I thought it would be a good idea to change my password. It allowed me to do that. I tried logging in with the new password and it said it was wrong. I panicked...and forgot to favorite the new page so now I don't know where to go. The next day, I went back into X10 hosting login (my old password was saved) and tried to get back in to "my files" by clicking on Cpanel figuring it would redirect me. Here is the message that I keep getting. upload_2020-1-26_13-21-46.png I sent an email to support to see if they can reset my passwords everywhere as I am guessing that is what I screwed up. They told me to ask the community for help so here I am...the clueless high school teacher asking for help from the community.

Actually, if you changed the password in DirectAdmin, you will NOT be able to use the automatic login, the passwords are currently not synced between the sso login and directadmin.

Do you remember what you changed the password to inside DirectAdmin? If so the login page for your server can be found at https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222

If you don't remember it I can set a new one for DirectAdmin, but I have no ability to change for the sso page, however once you are logged into DA you could manually set it to the same as you use for the sso page.

Hello Anna -

Thank you for responding. Yes!!!! I remembered the new password and got logged in. I then changed the password back to the one that I am using for the https://x10hosting.com/sso/main. Now I am getting this message.

So I went back to the https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222 typed in my login and "old/original" password (I am 99.9999% sure I have the right password now) and I get this error.

Yikes - I feel like I am in a password circular reference hell!

Your IP had been blocked in the firewall, I have removed the block now.

Thank you for removing the block....however, I just tried logging in both ways and I received the same errors. Any other ideas?
